Wedding Music For Prelude / Pre-Ceremony
by Michael Reid Winikoff

Prelude or pre-ceremonial wedding music sets an atmosphere and context for the auspicious proceedings about to take place.  It can convey many possible moods and themes, all dependant on what you choose.  Generally it is somewhat more subdued and relaxed in comparison with the jubilant and celebratory feeling of the climactic moments at the beginning and end of the ceremony proper, and should defer to those bigger musical moments.
